  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pine nuts - 20 grams, toasted

Steps

  1. Peel and grate the carrots into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Finely chop the fresh parsley and add it to the bowl with the grated carrots.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
