Steps
- Rinse the bulgur wheat under cold water and drain well.
- In a saucepan, bring 300 ml of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and stir in the bulgur wheat.
- Cover the saucepan, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 15 minutes until the bulgur is tender and has absorbed the water.
