- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Pickled turnips - 50 grams, sliced
- Tahini - 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, cilantro, mint, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape into patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the tahini sauce by mixing tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until smooth.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun, adding sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and pickled turnips. Drizzle with tahini sauce.
