  • Ground beef - 200 grams

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
  • Bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Greek yogurt - 50 grams
  • Tahini - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in ground cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  8. Top the sauce with the cooked beef mixture, followed by mozzarella cheese, red onion, and bell pepper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
