- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Garlic cloves - 2, minced

- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Pita bread - 2 pieces
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2 small, thinly sliced
- Tahini sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - a handful, chopped
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the pita bread by warming it in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds until soft.
- Assemble the burgers: place each patty in a pita, and top with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and a drizzle of tahini sauce.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top and serve immediately.
