- Ground beef - 400 grams

- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Pita bread - 2 pieces
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 medium, sliced
- Yogurt - 100 grams, for serving
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Shape the beef mixture into long kebab shapes around skewers or simply form them into patties if not using skewers.
- Heat the olive oil in a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
- While the kebabs are cooking, warm the pita bread in a separate pan or grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Then place the kebabs inside the warmed pita bread.
- Top the kebabs with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and a dollop of yogurt. Roll the pita around the fillings and serve immediately.
