- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 2 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing it firmly to ensure it holds together.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is browned and cooked through.
