- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Tahini - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until fully incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the tahini sauce by whisking together the tahini, lemon juice, water, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Toast the gluten-free burger buns in a separate pan with the remaining olive oil until golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on the bottom half of the bun, topping with sliced tomato, cucumber, and a generous drizzle of tahini sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with your choice of side.
