Ingredients

  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the eggplant and slice it into 1 cm thick rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
