Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 200 grams
  • Coconut flour - 30 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 100 milliliters
  • Zaatar spice mix - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and water until fully combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll each portion into a small oval shape.
  6. Brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle a generous amount of zaatar spice mix on top, then sprinkle sesame seeds.
