- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced (3g)
- Water - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (5g) for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then pierce them several times with a fork.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the sweet potatoes, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
