  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prick them several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-50 minutes or until tender.
