- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, beaten egg, and almond flour.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then form the mixture into 8 evenly sized kofta (oblong meatballs).
