Ingredients
- Labneh - 400 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pine nuts - 30 grams (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the labneh, olive oil, chopped thyme, chopped parsley, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the labneh mixture into a small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle a little extra olive oil on top for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and slightly puffed.
- If using, toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden, about 3-4 minutes, and set aside.
- Remove the baked labneh from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with toasted pine nuts if desired and serve warm with fresh vegetables or low-carb crackers.
