Ingredients

  • White fish fillets (e.g., sea bass or tilapia) - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh dill, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic cloves, minced - 2
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon slices - 4

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chopped parsley, cilantro, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the herb mixture.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the herb mixture, making sure to get the herbs on both sides of the fish.
  4. Lay the lemon slices over the top of the fish fillets.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve the baked fish hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
