- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh dill, chopped - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic cloves, minced - 2
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chopped parsley, cilantro, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the herb mixture.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the herb mixture, making sure to get the herbs on both sides of the fish.
- Lay the lemon slices over the top of the fish fillets.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the baked fish hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
