Ingredients

  • White fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia) - 300 grams
  • Tahini - 60 grams
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Garlic cloves - 2, minced
  • Olive oil - 15 ml
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Water - 30 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. Place the white fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the tahini mixture evenly over the fish.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
