- Tahini - 60 grams
- Lemon juice - 30 ml
- Garlic cloves - 2, minced
- Olive oil - 15 ml
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Water - 30 ml
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and water. Mix until smooth.
- Place the white fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the tahini mixture evenly over the fish.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
