- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure to coat the fish evenly. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper on top of the marinated fish.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
