- Cherry tomatoes - 250 grams
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves - a handful, for garnish
- Salt - to taste
- Pita bread - for serving
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, dried oregano, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss to coat.
- Place the feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes, and drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the feta.
