Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Feta cheese - 200 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Toss well to coat the vegetables.
