- Whole wheat pizza dough - 250 grams

- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Toss well to coat the vegetables.
