Ingredients

  • Feta cheese - 200 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle a little more olive oil over the feta cheese.
