Ingredients

  • Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup shredded
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh basil - 10 leaves, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the eggplant into 1 cm thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the eggplant slices and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
