- canned chickpeas - 400 grams
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas with olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
