  • canned chickpeas - 400 grams
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas with olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
