- Phyllo pastry - 200 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, feta, Parmesan, chopped parsley, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until combined.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface and brush lightly with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and brush with more olive oil.
- Cut the layered phyllo sheet into 3 equal strips lengthwise.
- Place a tablespoon of the cheese filling at one end of each strip. Fold the sides over the filling and roll the pastry tightly to form a roll.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
