- Warm water - 120 ml
- Active dry yeast - 5 grams
- Olive oil - 15 ml
- Salt - 5 grams
- Zaatar - 10 grams
- Feta cheese - 75 grams, crumbled
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Greek yogurt - 50 grams
- Black olives - 30 grams, sliced
Steps
- In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.

- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal pieces. Roll each piece into a flat round shape (about 20 cm in diameter).
- Spread Greek yogurt evenly over the surface of each dough round, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta and shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then add zaatar and sliced black olives.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
