- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (8g)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
