Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Prick the eggplant with a fork and place it on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the skin is charred and the flesh is soft.
- While the eggplant is roasting, prepare the pizza dough according to package instructions or your favorite recipe, then roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
