- date syrup - 50 grams
- coconut milk - 150 milliliters
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- ground cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon
- chopped walnuts - 30 grams
- chopped pistachios - 20 grams
- salt - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine semolina, all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cardamom, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together date syrup, coconut milk, and olive oil until well blended.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
