Ingredients

  • Beef tenderloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced

  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Egg yolk - 1, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to create the dressing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the sliced beef, half of the sesame seeds, and green onions, then pour the dressing over the beef and mix well.
