Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice flour - 200 grams
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Carrot - 50 grams, grated
  • Zucchini - 50 grams, grated
  • Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour and water, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add grated carrot, zucchini, chopped spinach, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the rice flour mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Grease a baking dish (approximately 20x20 cm) with a little oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the vegetable mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is slightly golden and firm to the touch.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before slicing into squares.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
