  • Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Mushrooms, sliced - 50 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Cook the sweet potato noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add onions, carrots, and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.

  6. Add the cooked sweet potato noodles to the pan, drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  8. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
