- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the chopped kimchi, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tofu and kimchi mixture evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with sesame seeds, slice, and serve hot.
