  • Vegan kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
  • Firm tofu - 150 grams, crumbled
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the chopped kimchi, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the tofu and kimchi mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  8. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with sesame seeds, slice, and serve hot.
