Ingredients

  • whole wheat pizza base - 1
  • vegan mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
  • red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • green onions - 2, chopped
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, and olive oil to create a sauce.
  3. Spread the sauce evenly over the whole wheat pizza base.
  4. Sprinkle half of the vegan mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Evenly distribute the chopped kimchi, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped green onions on top of the cheese.
  6. Add the remaining vegan mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the entire pizza for added texture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
