- Spinach - 100 grams, blanched
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Vegan cream cheese - 100 grams
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the vegan cream cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked sushi rice with gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Spread the gochujang rice mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Layer the julienned carrot, cucumber, blanched spinach, and sliced avocado evenly on top of the rice.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
