Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Cooked sushi rice - 150 grams
  • Nori sheets - 2 sheets
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Cucumber - 1 small, julienned
  • Spinach - 100 grams, blanched
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Vegan cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the vegan cream cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cooked sushi rice with gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  6. Spread the gochujang rice mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Layer the julienned carrot, cucumber, blanched spinach, and sliced avocado evenly on top of the rice.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
