  • Onion, diced - 1 small
  • Zucchini, sliced - 100 grams
  • Mushrooms, sliced - 100 grams
  • Carrot, julienned - 50 grams
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant and translucent.

  5. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the black bean vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  7. Sprinkle vegan mozzarella cheese generously on top of the vegetable mixture.
