Steps

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  5. Add the black bean paste, soy sauce, and sugar, mixing well to combine with the vegetables.
  6. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, cooking for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
  8. Serve the cooked noodles in bowls, topped with the black bean sauce, and garnish with sliced green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
