- Pizza dough - 250 grams
- Kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
- Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Gochujang - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil, then spread the gochujang sauce evenly over the surface.
- Evenly distribute the chopped kimchi, sliced shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, and red bell pepper over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
