- Green onions (finely chopped) - 2 stalks
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil (for cooking) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, black pepper, egg, and sugar. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties, approximately 2 cm thick and about 10 cm in diameter.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Once hot, place the patties in the skillet, cooking for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they develop a nice golden crust and are cooked through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking for added flavor.
- Serve hot with a side of fresh vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
