  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Green onion (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Vegetable broth - 300 ml
  • Carrot (julienned) - 1 medium
  • Cabbage (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili flakes (optional) - 1 teaspoon

  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and vegetable broth to the pan, stirring well to combine.
