Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the vegetable broth, gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar to the saucepan, stirring until well combined. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the tteok and carrot to the sauce, ensuring they are well coated. Cook for about 5 minutes until the tteok is softened.
- Transfer the tteok mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
