- Nori sheets - 2 sheets

- Radish - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Pickled ginger - for serving
Steps
- Press the firm tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into thin slices (about 0.5 cm thick).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and mirin to create the dressing.
- On a serving plate, arrange the sliced tofu in a fan shape or neatly in rows.
- Drizzle the dressing over the tofu slices evenly.
- Garnish with thinly sliced cucumber, radish, and chopped green onions on top of the tofu.
- Cut the nori sheets into strips and sprinkle them over the dish.
- Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds on top and serve with pickled ginger on the side.
