  • Kimchi - 150 grams
  • Green onions - 2 stalks
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for about 10 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, then add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  3. While the tofu is cooking, chop the green onions and mince the garlic.
  4. Once the tofu is browned, add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the kimchi, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and toss in the chopped green onions.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and additional green onion if desired.
