  • Firm tofu - 200g
  • Kimchi - 100g
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 150g
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Drain the tofu and press it for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cubed tofu with gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Allow it to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the marinated tofu. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. Spread the kimchi evenly over the pizza dough, followed by the cooked tofu and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
