- Pizza dough - 1 round (about 250g)
- Firm tofu - 200g
- Kimchi - 100g
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 150g
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Drain the tofu and press it for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the cubed tofu with gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Allow it to marinate for about 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the marinated tofu. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the kimchi evenly over the pizza dough, followed by the cooked tofu and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
