- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Pizza dough - 1 pre-made base (approx. 30 cm diameter)
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Carrot - 1/2, julienned
- Sriracha sauce - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the tofu strips to the marinade and let them soak for at least 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the vegan mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza base.
- After marinating, pan-fry the tofu strips in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Distribute the cooked tofu evenly over the pizza, followed by the sliced bell pepper, mushrooms, and julienned carrot.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with Sriracha sauce, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
