Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Firm tofu - 200 grams
  • Fresh spinach - 100 grams
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. Drain the firm tofu and press it to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create a marinade.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
  5. While the tofu is marinating, roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Spread the fresh spinach evenly over the dough.
  9. Place the marinated tofu cubes on top of the spinach.
  10. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the entire pizza.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, and garnish with chopped green onions before slicing and serving.
