- Firm tofu - 200 grams
- Fresh spinach - 100 grams
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Drain the firm tofu and press it to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create a marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
- While the tofu is marinating, roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Spread the fresh spinach evenly over the dough.
- Place the marinated tofu cubes on top of the spinach.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the entire pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, and garnish with chopped green onions before slicing and serving.
