  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Boil the sweet potato cubes in salted water for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash them with a fork.
