  • Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
  • Garlic Powder - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
  • Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon (9g)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife to achieve even thickness.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato slices with olive oil, sea salt, gochugaru, and garlic powder. Toss until the slices are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
