Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife to achieve even thickness.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato slices with olive oil, sea salt, gochugaru, and garlic powder. Toss until the slices are evenly coated.
