- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, crumble the soft tofu and mix it with gochujang, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
