  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Soft tofu (sundubu) - 150 grams
  • Gochujang (Korean red chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, crumble the soft tofu and mix it with gochujang, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread the tofu mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced bell pepper, mushrooms, and green onions.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
