Ingredients

  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon (for stir-frying)

Steps

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sundried anchovies to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they become crispy.
  4. Add the julienned zucchini and sliced bell pepper, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
