Ingredients
- Mung bean sprouts - 200 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onion - 1 stalk, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 100 ml
Steps
- Rinse the mung bean sprouts under cold water and drain well.
- In a pot, bring 100 ml of water to a boil and add the mung bean sprouts.
- Cook the sprouts for about 3-5 minutes until they are tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked mung bean sprouts to the pan along with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the sprouts are well-coated and heated through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
