- Mung bean sprouts - 200 grams
- Firm tofu - 100 grams
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Rinse the mung bean sprouts under cold water and drain.
- Cut the firm tofu into small cubes.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until lightly golden, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the mung bean sprouts, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the sprouts are tender but still crisp.
- Remove from heat and mix in chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
